3. Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on our Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.
An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nūmira Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
The following conditions apply to returns:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and quality control requirements. Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery are not eligible for return.
6. Limitation of Liability
